Default Re: 83 Club Car one speed fast

Ok i went online bought the pdf service manual have checked every wire did all the test all passed, Called D&D Motors talked with them they said its not the motor, the resistor coils have been cleaned and continuity checked but the coils do not even get the least little bit warm but as each solenoid clicks i have 36v going to next solenoid and coil all the way across but still just one speed super fast, i am begining to hate club cars LOL!!!!!

Next use your meter to verify that power is actually going through the solenoids when they are activated. They are just electrical ON/OFF switches.
SO you should have battery pack voltage on one post on solenoid #1 until it clicks then have power on both big terminals and so on for each solenoid down the line... I think you are getting close
