Default Electric Golf Cart "Jumpy" Start

Hey Guys!

I am new to the forum! I have seen some great responses. I have a Club Car (AA0233-180500)

Today I charged my batteries and jumped in for a ride. When backing out the the shop, it did fine. Put in forward, did fine. Went around the block full speed no problems. Came to a stop sign and began to accelerate and the cart "bucked" and "jumped." Once it reached about half of the full speed it leveled out and ran smooth, it is just while accelerating. I suspect that it could possiblY be the solenoid or the batteries. I check all the connection and tightened them.

I have an EMP 2 speed motor, it runs great...When the cart isnt "bucking."

Any suggestions to solve my problem would be great!

Thanks

Mine has started bucking a bit after replacing controller and I have been told by the company that sold me the controller that it's the Club Car throttle . It's an electric unit under the floor board that attaches to or near the throttle cable .
I have been traveling so have not tried to fix yet. The unit casts around $130.

2000 cc should have a vglide for potentiometer. Mcors started in 2001.

Black pie shaped box beside batteries Inside is a wiper arm with a brush that moves across contacts. If you have a speed controller it will have two small wires coming out , yellow and green. You can check the ohm reading on these two wires should be 5000 - 0 ohms, 5000 pedal up 0 pedal pressed all the way down. Sometimes the contacts or brush gets warn and makes the cart jerk. On the bottom of the vglide each contact is linked to the next with resistors make sure none are broken or loose.

The factory controllers will work with almost any range of 5000 down ohms, for example 7300 ohms to 2300 ohms. Alltrax controllers will not, the controller looks for a specific 5000 - 0 ohm range give or take few 100 ohms.

Thanks.I had just installed an Altrax controller when the jerkiness started. Mine is just in reverse. Also mine does not seem like it is a fast as it was with the stock controller (I have a D&D 6002 motor).
Since you seem to be knowledgeable, my carts low voltage light is now on when charging and while driving after being fully charged. (My batteries are new Trojans )
