Welcome to BGW!

Sounds like it could be either an MCOR problem or solenoid dropout. Or it could be a failing speed sensor. To check the speed sensor, do the test located above in the Stickies.

I have used this cite for a long time and have gotten great information..However I have looked through hundreds of treads and stickys looking for an answer and I see soooo many like this...For someone that has GONE WILD it doesn't say much.

I can think of dozens of other things it could be. I looked above the stickies for the test and unless my PC just don't display things right, I didn't see any test for speed sensor..

To test you speed sensor, key on, put in forward and push the cart. If speed sensor is working it should beep and attempt to stop....If you have trouble pushing it just drive it slow and put into neutral, it should do the same thing.
Hope this helps

If it passes the speed sensor test, then it is most likely the mcor.

i have replaced alot of them. I don't think you have a drop out problem, i believe that was specific to 2002 carts.

I had the Same issue, it was the key switch. Make sure all wires are tight on the back side of the switch. Mine was lose and every time I hit the slightest bump it would cut out. Check first before buying parts.

One of the key tings you want to determine is if the solenoid is cutting off when the cart quits. And if it is which one of the few switches that work in series in this circuit are failing.
Look at the diagram. you will see key switch, F&R switch, MCOR switch... all of these need to be on (have continuity) for the solenoid to close = power to the control provided the solenoid is not failing.
There are other possibilities but this is the place you have to start. This and twist and tug on every cable end...
