Welcome to BGW!
Do you hear a solenoid click when the cart is on and you step on the pedal?

Ok so your solenoid is not functioning. Could be the solenoid itself, or the trigger wire. Check the voltage as you press the pedal . Does it drop at all?

Try jumping the large posts of the solenoid. Make sure the cart is in either in F or R, key switch on, and Tow/Run to Run. But most important, make sure the rear of the cart is on jack stands

no power drop when throttle is depressed, I have control voltage to the solenoid and it clicks if I supply a ground, however I read battery voltage on both power terminals as if the solenoid is stuck on

Welded open, possibly?

When you supply a ground and it clicks, does the cart move?

no movement and I have 47 volts out of it to the motor control at all times. voltage goes to 50 when I close the solenoid

so looking at the mcor on my unit I see it has recently been worked on, comparing to our other cart which is only 39 serial numbers apart it looks different. Is this an improved part or is it wrong?
