Yep, a little cutting the "door bezel", but otherwise easy. Crowfoot does not typically have a interlock switch, so cart could be driven away with charger plugged in.

Okay so the guy I got the cart from is going to get me the charger and charger port and I just got a 500amp controller today I was thinking of picking up some drycell batteries found some 12v for $179 each

okay still trying to figure out my charger dilemma before purchasing batteries and thinking about going with a on board charger, I found one Delta Q model # 913-4810-E3B they said if i use the the charger port from a ezgo txt and ezgo rxv model golf carts that it should work

60ah @20 hour rate is terrible for golf cart use. If you put 9 of them in a 36v configuration (3s3p), they still would not equal a standard 36v golf cart pack. I would not do it. 4s3p would roughly equal a standard T-875 pack of 8v batteries @48v, but you would need 12 of those batteries.

Zach, if you are going to have a cart, you should put the right stuff on it. It is not a cheap hobby. Put the correct stuff on it ( golf cart batteries, charger, etc) and it should last and be lots of fun.
Don't try to cheap out with stuff that will constantly break down and cause you grief. |

well i decided to pick up a delta Q charger for the star EV onboard, got some decent batteries for now, but im trying to figure out what controller will work, there was a Curtis Sepex 400amp 1268-5403, my throttle seems to be a POT 0-5K? the curtis wiring is still there molex style
