The three G29's I did for friends at the club took about 2 weeks from when I picked up the cart until delivered. I wasn't killing myself, just steady work.
1st pic: Cart arrival
2nd pic: almost ready for pressure cleaner
3rd pic: 2 hrs after arrival, stripped and pressure cleaned.
4th pic: Front Suspension cleaned, inspected, painted, lubed and factory 2" lift kit installed. Turning radius remains the same as original.
5th pic: Pack installed, ready for test drive w/o body or seat. I put a pillow on the pack and make sure all is working before proceeding with body.
