Battery discharge voltage
So I see that 48.4 volts is the discharge limit at which time it should be recharged. I am assuming this voltage is with the cart sitting still and no throttle input. Am I correct?

Yes you are. 50% SOC (State of Charge)

When you are running it should not drop below 42V
