4 Bank charger. Negatives?
I have a EZGO RXV cart. I am considering getting a NOCO GEN 4 with 4 banks. It claims 10 amps per bank. I am currently running 4 12volt interstates and like the idea of mounting this charger on board. I also like the idea of this type of charger charges each battery individually.
What is the downfall of using this type of charger? |

Re: 4 Bank charger. Negatives?
The amperage is a bit low for recommended charge rate. And with that comes longer charge times.
Keeping the batteries balanced will be nice tho. |

Re: 4 Bank charger. Negatives?
I still have the EZGO charger and it works fine. I could still use it if I wanted the fasted charge and could use the NOCO for overnite charges.
Could it hurt my batteries in any way? Or shorten their life? My last set lasted 5 years which I found acceptable. |
