Default 2010 Club Car slow start then 1 beep and goes fast

Hello All, recently purchased my first 2010 Club car Precedent 48v which was totally dead and installed all new batteries in it. I’ve noticed that when I go to drive at first start it it will go slow (like it’s in limp mode?) then I will hear 1 single beep and it will take off and speed up normal. It seems to only do this when the key has been cycled off and back on then the first time you take off it runs slow, beeps once, and then you feel speed increase. This is my first Club car so not familiar with them at all but feel like this isn’t normal. Any advice or info much appreciated. Thanks

Well still same issue after having controller rebuilt, replacing speed sensor, magnet, and upgrading to mcor 4. My 2010 48 volt club car still starts in limp mode when initially taking off after turning on ignition with switch in forward position but then beeps once after 20 seconds and then takes off and drives 16 mph until you stop again and cycle off key. Anybody got any idea?

Problem solved—-I ended up replacing the controller with a good used one I purchased online and I’m happy to say the golf cart runs perfectly now with no delay in speed.
