Club car DS wiring help
I have a club car day with mcor 4 switch and Navitas controller. My car ran for one week after I installed the controller and now will not go forward or reverse. I replaced the mcor 4, solenoid, and forward reverse switch and nothing. I’m wondering if anyone has a schematic or wiring diagram for cart with mcor 4 and navitas installed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What controller?
What motor? Series or sepex? What's your pack voltage? You need full pack voltage getting to the solenoid first. If you have a dud battery or a bad cable or loose connection you'll get no movement. Navitas has an App for smartphones that works with most of their controllers and while it won't tell you exactly what's wrong it may help figure out what's missing. |

Controller: Navitas 440A
Motor: D&D 9.2 hp series Club car DS series 48 volts Navitas controller went bad and they replaced it. But then the new one went bad also. I’m thinking it is the motor but I tested continuity and ohms and it seems good. Could Navitas be at fault? |
