Default 600a Navitas high speed motor seems to not be going to full RPM

Just got done installing a IQ kit, Navitas 600a controller and FSIP high speed motor. With throttle wide open I seem to only be getting around 4000RPM out of my motor. In the Navitas app I have already changed the setting allowing the motor to go up to 6500 RPM. Any suggestions?

Call Navitas tech. They are super helpful! If you have the app, they can have run some diagnostics and send it directly to them through cloud.

Make sure your brakes aren't dragging. Push it by hand and make sure it rolls freely.

Does the Navitas app show your getting 100% throttle when your wide open? Do you have the On The Fly controller? I spoke to Navitas last week when I noticed the app code was altered and they stated the engineers have been messing with the algorithm on the settings. A new update version on the club car app is available.

Okay I got off the phone with Navitas they checked my data log and we found my motor was not going into overdrive. I have a high speed motor and was only getting 20-23mph. I downloaded a different firmware because the tech stated that the motor I have (FSIP high speed) the firmware didn’t always work. Downloaded the new firmware, adjusted my throttle setting and boom 30mph all day
