I very much appreciate the feedback. I'm not looking to go mod-crazy, speed crazy, etc...but certainly some of these things are going to become issues in the not distant future and I don't want to formulate plans and address them all at once when they inevitably do.

Took step one and upgraded the controller to a Navitas 440. It's not that I prefer it to AT...it's just the only thing the local dealer had available. As many have noted here, the Navitas has required a lot of finicky programming to not rip my head (Or, less importantly, my kids' heads) off. I have some questions I'm hoping this knowledgeable forum can help me with.

1. What does the overdrive radio button do?
2. Can anyone explain the throttle variables for what they do? I understand the min and max voltages, of course. I had to take the min voltage WAY down to get it to go slowly and under control properly. The creep xv and creep y% variables on the app are mysteries to me...but they seem important. I didn't get it close to right until I started adjusting those, but I honestly had no idea what I was doing outside of trial and error.

It's good now...I would just love to know why it's good.

another thumbs up for lithium... that alone gained me a few mph and certainly quicker off the line... much easier to maintain....

I did learn to charge it with a good extension cord and not much longer than you need.... the initial cord i had repaired and it was getting hot at the repair site...
