Default Power issue 1998 CC DS 48v

I have a 1998 CC DS that will not power up on one side of the solenoids. I have changed out the run tow switch, v-glide and both of the solenoids twice. I have power on the positive side of the solenoid at 51.6v and on the other side that goes to the B+ side on the controller, I only have .06v. I hope you can give me some suggestions what could be wrong?

Regen 2 carts have a common problem of corrosion in the wire harness that supplies power to the solenoid coils.
Check voltage on the Small terminals at the solenoids - Blue wire on the Main power solenoid, and Orange/Wht wire on the Dynamic braking solenoid (with the big toaster coil) and see if you have 48v when trying to activate. (cart in Run, Key On, Fwd or Rev selected). Voltage at the solenoids small terminals less than about 36v will not allow the coils to operate. If you do have 48+ then press the pedal and see how much it drops. If voltage is under 36v at either time then you need to trace down the welded splice connection in the harness and repair it.
Follow the wiring to find the splice.

Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it. I did trace the wiring and found 2 spliced wires and repaired them both and both of the solenoids now have power. The cart is not running yet but at least with both solenoids working, I now should be able to get it going. Thanks
