Default Club car upgrades

Where to start. I bought a 1993 club car DS stock two-seater 36 volt. I wanted to go a little bit faster so I tried to take out my motor and send it to plum quick. In the process the shipping company no names messed it up so now I have to replace the whole thing. After shopping around I upgraded the motor to a DND high torque High speed motor with all track controller and solenoid. I installed the motor controller solenoid and I’m not a wiring guy so I had a golf cart company local to me rewire just to make sure we didn’t get any campfires. I got the car back and it’s slower than the stock motor. At this point if I press the Excelerator slow the motor tends to go full power if I press the Excelerator fast it seems not to get all the power. I am lost at this point.

Im no guru, but my suggestion is hook your controller to a laptop and make sure the throttle is set correctly. Good luck.

Does your controller have an app that tells you the throttle voltage? I have a 2010 Club Cart but I replaced my MCOR before working out that I had a worn pedal assembly that wasn't turning the MCOR to full voltage. My controller app helped me diagnose this.

I'm with you :( Seems like the "outside world" needs to understand that there are more platforms than just Windows! Heck-I can't even access the Site Sponsor page unless I switch to a Windows machine
