These are what I use. I have the “xtra seal” brand patch plugs, but this style is the best. It gives you a nice sealing patch on the inside of the tire, as well as a plug through the hole. As far as I’m concerned this is the only permanent tire repair I would trust.

Get a tire plug kit with the rubber cement use reamer and plug never had an issue after

It fixed 1..... the other was still leaking so hit it again with fix-a-flat... we will see :)

I have fixed a bunch of small leaks (thorns, small nails) with Slyme and every one has held for years. IMO plugs are only necessary for larger holes.

I used a lot of slime in the past but it rust steel wheels from the inside out, don't know about alloys. It's soapy water and tire plugs with rubber cement for me now. If it's got a tube, a loaded tractor tire or needs broken down I let the pros do it.

Sounds like you have a lot of options already but if a basic plug with rubber glue worked with vehicles that were used on the highway then it should be good for a golf cart. Easy do it yourself repair but wear some sort of eye protection when installing. Took a friend to the hospital when he got glue sprayed in his eye.
