2001 Electric Club Car DS Throttle Question
Experiencing this:
Throttle pedal does nothing past 50%. No increase in speed. Been like this since I bought it, used. Intermittently, after coming to a stop, the throttle pedal does nothing. Have to press and let it go a few time for it to start moving again. Overall, it feels slow. Feels like it starts well, good torque, then tapers off as distance increases. Batteries are healthy. Thoughts or advice? |

Re: 2001 Electric Club Car DS Throttle Question
More info:
It has the Tow/Run switch and electric paddle F/R switch. I believe this is the regen motor... Not sure if this is a problem with the MCOR, the rod between the pedal and MCOR, Speed Sensor or what. The cart does not make a buzz when in reverse. With the key on and brake off, the speed sensor seems to click and engage and slow the cart if I push in either direction. Though, I can still push it easily either way. Not sure how hard it is supposed to be when this mode is active? |
