Re: EZGO TXT 36V PDS Solenoid Won't Click
You need to check the switches. Flip it to tow and disconnect the J1 plug. Put your meter on ohms and put your leads in pins 8 and 9. Key off should have no continuity. Key on should. If that passes plug J1 back in. Unplug J4 and put your leads on green and red. Pedal up should be open and pressed have continuity.

Re: EZGO TXT 36V PDS Solenoid Won't Click
The switch tests you had me run all passed. But still no solenoid click and no motor running.

Have you tried diagnostic mode? Key off, flip from N to R 5 times ending in N. Should beep 1 to 4 times telling you what chip is in it. Then press the pedal listening for codes.

Yeah, I've done that. Beeps four times, then it gives 2-1, whether the pedal is down or not.

Thanks for your help kgsc. I am stumped. My parents lived in Aiken, Powderhouse and Whiskey. Spent a lot of time in Aiken.

Re: EZGO TXT 36V PDS Solenoid Won't Click
They must live right off Whiskey because that area is all commercial now.. Anyway flip it to tow, disconnect the main wire on the lug going to B+ on the controller and also remove the resistor. Check for continuity on the main lugs. If none. Leave the wires disconnected and flip it back to run. Push the go pedal and see if the solenoid clicks and possibly closes. If nothing check for pack voltage on yellow and blue wires. If no voltage check for voltage on yellow and B-. If voltage there run a jumper from blue to B- and see if the solenoid clicks. If so check for continuity on the main lugs.

Re: EZGO TXT 36V PDS Solenoid Won't Click
Actually Banks Rd, right behind the gas station. You could see the backyard fence from behind the gas station. LOL, I guess it is not a gas station anymore. Looks like it is Liquorland. I'll test that now. No continuity with switch to tow, but when I flip to run I get continuity between the main lugs.
