Help With My Front End
Hey guys I need help with my next step to my 2002 TXT cart project. I am working on attaching my instrument panel and my front cowling but the problem is that the previous owner chopped part of the front of the frame where those get attached. I need to do some fabrication but I dont know how the supports are supposed to look and what exactly is missing. I was hoping someone has a picture of their TXT front end without the front cowling, instrument panel, or upper floor panel so I can figure out what I need to add. Thanks guys!

Ray this is on an electric cart, but its the best pic I have of the front for what you are looking for. Forgive the dirt, this was before it got cleaned up.

Re: Help With My Front End
Hey Ray ...... If I didn't welcome to the insanity when you arrived ...... I will now.
My suggestion is to see if you can find a donor cart to rob the complete front frame piece off of, because getting the frame to line up and then the cowl and dash to fit was trying at times. ..... anyway, here's a pic of mine after I did some rust repair that looks like it's about the same place as yours in the album http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...-i-bought.html ........ Pics 2 & 6 Below is the end result of the extensive repair done to mine look around http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-e...other-one.html and see if any of these pic do anything to help you. , , |
