1989 EZ-GO electrical problem
1989 EZ-GO "3PG" Robin Engine.
When I let off the gas, the engine stops firing, but continues to "crank over." Tapping the accelerator pedal while its doing it used to make it stop. But, it has gotten worse and will not shut off unless I shut the key off.... Whats been done so far Cleaned microswitch Disassembled and cleaned F&R switch I was thinking it might be the selinod. My main question would be: Which micro switch do I buy? I find listings for older EZ-GOs and newer but not the "3PG" style carts. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough..... Thanks, 2001bluebird |

Re: 1989 EZ-GO electrical problem
sounds like the solenoid to me, if the accel switch was sticking you'd think the ignition would stay hot as well ...
