2008 carryall 6 with SEPEX goes extremely slow
Has brand new batteries (8 - 6 volt batteries), computer and controller. Give it pedal and it starts out okay. Then hesitates and goes into creep only speed no matter how you push on the pedal. Any troubleshooting tips?

Yep, bad speed sensor. It's an ADC motor. Speed sensor replacement is 102704901. Dont buy the cheap Chinese one on eBay or you'll be buying another one soon.

Thanks to TahoeDawgZ71 and Jjance for the advice. Speed sensor worked. We have a limited number of manuals where I work and folks from this site have helped on more than one occasion. I am truly grateful.
