2011 Precedent
I have 4 2011 Club Car Precedents that will run with the key switch off, the key switch is ok and so is the solenoid. I put a programmer on it and cleared the fault history. It still shows no faults,

There are too many safeties in place for a single failure to cause that to happen.
The most likely cause is something providing power on the cold side of the key switch, like a DC-DC converter that has failed. Disconnect the Blue wire from the key switch and measure the power to make sure is 0v. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/attac...mcor_small.jpgIf it is, press the accelerator and see if the voltage changes as that will test a back feed from the OBC yellow wire. |
