Batteries
Got a 48 volt club car ds iq wont run long after charge now charger kicks on the 2 minutes later kicks off pulled all cables and put a meter on all 6 batteries 4 read 8dc and 2 read 6 dc does this mean these 2 batteries are junk

Well there is a diffenate problem...how old are the batteries? Should be a date code stamped in the lead close to the terminals...cart new to you?

In the lead on positive post is a5 yes just bought it

So A-5 should be JAN. Of 2015...about a year and 5 months old...so we should have something to work with. So if you have a voltmeter try checking the voltage in each battery and write it down so we can see what's going on. Also look for any loose cables or any with heavy corrosion. Tell us what you see and we will offer some suggestions.

All batteries were heavily corroded they are t875 batteries i cleaned up the posts as much as i could and put on all new cables

It is possible that they are 2005 batteries...in order to know for sure there should be a number tattooed into the case that is the manufactures number and that would answer it for sure. It's made up of letters and numbers and it is about 8 digits long.
