Default EZGO Express ignition switch conversion

2014 Express S2 gas, does anybody make a kit to make the engine crank and stay running with the key switch instead of cranking and shutting off with the accelerator pedal? I know some utility carts work this way and I like this set up better than all the starting and stopping.

Guess you could jump the micro switch under the peddle to have the starter/gen run all the time when the key is on.
Then shut off the key every time you wanted to shift to reverse.

Also make sure it isn't idling to high or it might leave without ya.
