Wheels turn on Jack stand, but does not move on ground.
I have what I think is a 1985 or 84 EZGO gas golf cart. It's a 2 cycle engine I just rebuilt the engine everything's working I put in a new drive belt but when I hit the gas it doesn't move. I put it up on a jack stand and the wheels do turn but very slowly.

When it's on the ground is either center nut on the wheel spinning? sounds like a stripped brake hub.
