Just want to say thank you everyone for the advice. I came home tonight and checked the new pulsar and it checked out fine.ran a couple jumpers from igniter to ground on battery and got a spark when I let off pedal. I remember someone telling me that if that happened the coil was good probably bad igniter. Well I'm one of them guys that have a hard time swallowing that a brand new part is junk. But sure enough I put the old igniter back on and boom she fired right up. Now I'm a believer that the 25 dollar Ebay igniter is a rip. Problem was the pulsar. Thanks again
