Default Tire and suspension help 1995 medalist

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the height of this lift is. I want to put 14" rims and tires on to replace the ugly ones. Just want to make sure they will fit. It also has a flip down rear seat and bent and worn shocks. Is heavy leafs and coil over shocks the way to go with 4 people on the cart?

Here is what I currently have, it was given to my daughter and I have no idea what size lift is in it.

A ruler will tell you, a stock axle is straight.

Don't know if this will help but here's a pic of an 85, it IS a straight axle but the spindles are offset higher.

So if I measure from the center of the wheel up to the bottom of the axel that would give me the inches of the lift? Also are coil over shocks worth it over stock shocks? If I add coil overs and heavy springs to help with carrying extra weight will it be to stiff? Current tires are 20.5 x 8-10. Looks like there is a ton of room above them, would I have any problems going to 23" tires or how can I tell?

Measure from the center of where the spindles hook up to the the center of the axle at the highest point. As far as the clearance I'm not familiar with the Medalist but think the front suspension is the same as TXTs up to 2001.5 and the clearance problem is usually btwn the brake peddle arm and the drivers side front tire on left turns. With 23" tires, 14" wheels and HD springs I'll guarantee a Terrible rough ride, no side wall for cushion and them HD springs are really stiff.

If it were me I would stay with 10" wheels and use 22" ATV (low pressure) tires with about 8psi.. Maybe coil overs in the back, hence rear seat.
