Just stops running then restarts

As we have all said, this definitely seems to point to a bad ground if the engine stops suddenly and the starter will not spin immediately. As CP said and my last post I suggested cleaning the battery terminals. Other things to check would be on the live side solenoid activation circuit such as the pedal switch, ign switch and solenoid. If the solenoid drops out, you not only lose the power to the solenoid but also the ignition components. An often overlooked component is the fuseholder by the solenoid. This is prone to corrosion and can cause the exact symptoms you describe.
I am with CP here, put the original parts back on. The problem was there before and after the parts were replaced, so unlikely to be any of those parts failing. Next time it fails and will not restart try putting your meter on the blue wire at the solenoid and battery ground with ignition on and pedal pressed. You should see battery voltage. If not, the activation circuit has an issue or bad ground. If voltage is present, it is likely to be solenoid or bad ground.

I have replaced every ground with new bolts and nuts used self threaders when possible. All the new parts were high end not the stuff from China. Same thing.

There is no “high end”. There’s oem and there’s junk.

The “high end” aftermarket parts are the same nivel garbage marked up to be more expensive so it’s marketed and perceived as “better”. It’s not.

And oem coils, ignitors, etc are nearly impossible to find.

When I got the cart it had no spark, after replacing those parts it started and runs great. This morning started right ran it around block pulled in garage let it die went to start it again, nothing, hit with jumper box started right up turn off charger continued to start for about 5 starts and stops then dead turn jumper box on started rightup

yep I am wondering if dead spot on starter. generator seems to be charging

If the starter gen had a bad spot or worn brushes then jump starting it wouldn’t make a difference.

Rolling the primary clutch over by hand a half turn would make it work again when it’s dead
