When you get it installed, resist the temptation to go for a test drive. Put it on the charger and leave it on for 12 hours. This should help equalize the pack and boost the other 5 which have been doing double duty.

After 12+ hours on the charger the pack had 48.3 volts. the new battery was 6.3v. the rest were 6.0v

Wife took kids to school, about a mile round trip. After dropping them off the buggie started slowing down, then stopped. she pushed for a while, then it would drive for a while, then push, then ride....
Once she got home the pack read 45.66
1= 4.73
2= 6.25 (this is the new one)
3= 5.85
4= 5.97
5= 4.29
6= 5.26
7= 5.84
8= 5.73

Someone please help. what is going on. seems to me th charger is not fully charging. When I plug it in, the power light comes on. the conditioning light comes on and profile 1 light comes on.
After several hours the only change is the conditioning light changes to the ready light.

Something is not right can you post pics of the charger connections? Both at the cart and a pic at the back of the charger so I can see the POS and NEG designation on the charger and the wire harness plugged in? ... 48v is empty. 50.9 is fully charged.

Take readings of the pack voltage with and without the charger engaged.

It sounds like the 'Charge' light is not coming on?
Have you changed any of the settings on the charger or is it set up as it came right out of the box?

I may ask you to remove the rear settings panel to confirm the charge settings. Do you have your manual?
