looking for help

I bought a Model X440-23, Serial 304X1374. Batteries are good but it will not move. It makes NO sound at all when pushing the pedal. Help???

Are you sure the batteries are charged? Start with the basics; lift the seat and look for any broken or disconnected wires. make sure all the battery wires are tight and have good contacts. The cables are known to rust and brake at the coupler so check them to make sure they are still in tact.
