well, with the batts in the back, it doesn't like wet sand. dry, it usually pulls right thru.

There is a kit that can help with that. 4X4. Do it, Do it.

One day it will happen. I will make mine 4x4. Its just a matter of time. For now I need an axle from a 99 or newer so I can get that Posi kit from plowman's.

ole, all you need is the larger carrier section with the two different spider sizes. i pulled mine out a bent 2000 rear. don't mind the rust, just cleaned it up and swapped the ring gear and bearings. you want the rusty one.

Jimis talking about making an older ez-go Posi traction. The kit only fits the gears for 99 and newer rear ends. I have a 1995. He is telling me that the gears from the 99 will fit in my 1995 and accept the Posi kit from plowmna's.

Thanks for the tip Jim.

Okay - have the hubs off and cleaned, axles pulled out and cleaned, diff pan off and cleaned and carrier assembly out of the cart.

A few questions - mine may be stubborn, but I can't get the **** drive roll pin out - how do I get that **** little pin out so I can remove the drive roll??

The diff pan looks like it doesn't have a seal at all - almost like a thin glue substance that gums up and comes off with brakleen. Do I need to go get a gasket??

One of the bearings for the axle spins really easy but seems to be stuck in its current position? Is it okay like this, or do I need to break it loose and possibly replace?

Instructions say one once all of this is removed, to sand/machine the big spider gears flat - don't really have access to this kind of equipment - how critical is this??

If anyone has any answers PLEASE

I'll be back outside trying to get this done - phone is 225.938.2521

Okay - I have the drive roll pin pin out. For the life of me I can't get enough leverage to get the **** carrier off - any suggestions?
