Default Lights attached to canopy

Does anyone have an install where they put lights on the canopy? I am interested in ideas for mounting and for an on/off switch. I want the lights to be used like a courtesy overhead like in a real car. I ordered the lights I want to use, which are waterproof white LED strips. I would like to use an on/off switch overhead if possible... Thanks.

Hey scottyb, I think you are referring to my post. I just got a stick up LED light from WalMart. It was like 7.00, but it works great and was just what I was needing. It has two different settings, has an auto dimmer switch and swivels and turn so you can spot light like the dash. It has a 3M backing along with velcro. Much easier than running wires... not as flashy Im sure, but the 1 min install cant be beat.

Scottyb, thanks for replying to my email about my battery wire gauges. Im glad theyve been upgraded, but they sure arent as pretty as the ones you make.

Take good care.

I'm looking to add some white LED strips. Mostly I'm looking for ways to have an on/off switch within reach on the canopy. If all else fails I will mount it on the dash like normal people would...
