Is this normal? He is picking up the cart today and ordering a new speed sensor for it. I really think this will fix it.

Batteries look good. Speed sensor will fix your issue and you will be up and running again..

He picked up the cart, will have it back next weekend. He has to order a new sensor, he didn't have one in stock.
