Re: 88 club car died
Well, not sure what i did but its working now......put the old solenoid back on and put a new end on that cable.....i think there was something amiss in the VGlide though, i fiddled with it and it seamed to smooth out.....(lots of shavings in there).....just for the heck of it i checked all the batteries......all dry as a bone, not sure how it even works......but, im off to the bus stop to pick up the boy so all is good......

Re: 88 club car died
you need to fill each battery with distilled water only about 1/8 of an inch over lead plates...if they are dry they are doomed.......................

Re: 88 club car died
The wife had a gallon and a half and i used it all....(and need more).......im still deciding this winter if i want to tear this old girl down and rebuild it (needs everything.....brakes, body, wires and batteries).....at least a thousand dollar bill i would guess, or just upgrade.....(i would like a Precident i think).......we really use the hell out of that cart around here.....I have a Rhino too but i always find myself on the cart for some reason.......

Re: 88 club car died
The electric golf cart is the most convenient thing you can have around. There is no start up, no noise, no fuss. Just jump in it from either side and press the gas to go! This is why they are so popular.
