Re: installed D & D 5020 and lost speed
David, the serial number is PQ0807-874794. BTW, the rattle from the rear tire was loose bolts that I forgot to tighten when I took tires off to put new D and D motor in. That was painful to admit.

Re: installed D & D 5020 and lost speed
I'm not too familiar with D&D and I'm not sure how to decipher the numbers to see what kind of motor you've got nor what you need to be pushing it with, but I'd say Scottyb may be onto something. You may not have a big enough controller for this motor. Sorry, I wish I could be more help, but I have very minimal experience with anything that's not OEM.

Re: installed D & D 5020 and lost speed
Thanks David, I appreciate the try anyway. Other than this new D and D motor, a 6"jakes lift and 22inch tires it is all stock. Maybe that is the problem. Is the stock controller on these 275 amp?

Re: installed D & D 5020 and lost speed
There is no way that the stock contoller can push that cart with the D&D motor and 22" tires. If you'll upgrade your controller, cables etc...(see Scottyb's website)...you will not even recognize your cart.
