Disconnect B- and reconnect the controller will reboot. I doubt that's the problem. YOu say there is FOR SURE positive power at pin #1 when the gas is say 25-50% depressed and you have no LED light? The controller may be damaged.

I only tested Pin1 at fully depressed pedal, and received 48v. Will test at 25%-50% throttle.

Call Alltrax, ask for the tech support. Tell them what we tested for here and ask if they think the controller needs repair. They are the only ones I know of for this control. Thank you.
