All American Electric cart not charging
I have an ALl american electric cart that is not wanting to charge, how can I find the problem? I have taken the cover off to see if if there was no power in it but it seems to be getting power inside but not sending it to charge. The amp meter is not reading anything.

All American is a series of custom carts built in Sarasota, Fla . . . they look like modified CC Precedents from the pics I have seen . . . not 100% sure, though . .
