Default Voltage Reducer and Winch

Good Afternoon All,

Well I got stuck in the mudd the other day so now I want to get a winch for my cart. Any suggestions? I have a 2009 Club Car Precedent. In addition I have the madjax light kit and I am installing a voltage reduced but i am wondering on how to reconnect the lights from the battery installation to the voltage reducer connection. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Which voltage reducer are you using? Is it a MadJax reducer?

I have heard that an external battery is best for a winch. Winches pull a lot of power and will burn up a reducer...
Now for lights and radios they are fine

A generic 48v too 12v 10A reducer I found on Amazon. Has four wires coming out of the reducer.

10 amps is way too small for winch operation.
