HELP new to carting
06 Club car 4 12 volt batteries. attached to last battery (neg terminal) is a blue wire thag goes into a small black box with a button on one end. any idea what this is for? all the wireing diagrams i can find does not show this wire present.

That is most likely the relay for lights.

guess quickest way to find out is unplug it. if lights go out issue solved
