They will work fine. The higher quality connections of carts unlimited cables will last longer. It can get nasty in the battery compartment, especially with older batteries which seem to off-gas much more and consume more water.

There is no comparison to carts unlimited cables and that crap on eBay. Get nice cables they will prob be the last ones you buy

Hi! I make all my own cables I have a relative owns a wholesale elctrical co. and he keeps me in supply of welding cables and fittings, I'm fortunate enough to have great relatives. lets me use a good crimper at times also. I've made 4ga and mostly 2Ga. As you do w/ the heat shrink w/ sealer inside when heat shrunk.

I went ahead and bought 2ga cable set from eastcoastcarts. Sounds like great quality cables, soldered, color coded, and a lifetime warranty. Ill post pics once I recieve them.

So, what was the quality of this 2 G cable set you bought from East Coast Carts?

Just reading back over my old post. The quality of the cables I bought I believe are very nice. I only switched the battery cables when I got them and I'm in the process if doing all the others at this time since I have the cart half apart installing a new sub and speaker system. I absolutely have no regrets on the purchase.

I just bought 4 gauge cables from Scottyb and they look first class. I paid more than I wanted, but I know I got a well made product.
