I've never worked on a DCS F/R switch, but maybe this will help.

Awesome thank you so much. That was exactly what I needed so I could see where the bumps on the cover go. Reverse is working perfectly now.

I now have a problem with the charger not working. Well I know the charger is working, I went through a troubleshooting video and everything works there, but the charger is not kicking on when the its plugged in.

reading at receptacle is 36.7v and every battery is 6.0v or higher.

Should I start a new thread for this problem or can we continue this one?

Thank you so much for your help so far, several problems fixed and I am getting a pretty big head here and my wife isn't so sure this site is good for me :)

Probably be best to start a new thread and include make/model of charger as well as make/model/drive type of cart.
But if a charger doesn't turn on, it is likely that either the charger isn't sensing the battery voltage or the charger's control board is bad.

A lot of us are guilty of changing topics in an existing post. The danger is if someone doesn't have an interest in the original topic, they may not read and reply to the "new" topic.
