Default Interstate Golf Car Battery: JCI or US Battery?

I have on hold 6 6volt Interstate Blemish Golf Cart batteries for $50 a piece.
I was originally told they were made by US Battery. But, I have also read that they may be made by Johnson Controls (JCI). Does anyone know which is true?
I haven't heard good things about JCI and they are made in Mexico. Us Battery on the other hand is made in the USA.

I heard on here that Interstate and US are the exact same battery made by the same company, but I don't know how factual that was...

For $50 each I'd be tempted. Depends on the warranty.

They used to be made by US Battery, but I believe they've change vendors. Look for the "Made in Mexico" sticker and that'll be a dead giveaway.

Here's the deal.

Interstate 6 volt blems for 50 a piece with 90 day warrenty.
I have until noon tomorrow to get them.
Are they worth it?
Are there any known problems with blemished batteries?

. . . blem batteries are usually returned batteries from customers for one reason or another, inspected, recharged and sold . . . if you purchase them, charge them, let them rest and then load test them and check the SG in the individual cells to make sure no bad cells are present . . . what the heck, you have 90 days to accomplish this task . . .

Came back yesterday from distrabutior with an unexpected deal

Went out there yesterday on the word that there were 12v golf cart batteries. When I got there, there were a couple month old used Trojan golf cart batteries for 40 dollars! So altogether we only spent $120 on batteries
