Re: 02 PDS beep beep beep beep.....
Everyone hates them here (10 led meters), but, if you have good batts, theyre better than "no idea at all". If you know how those meters work (~6 minute delay, doesnt reset until full, says full if power taken away, and totally a lie if you have bad batts), they are so-so. Even given their limitations, i try to include them on carts, better than nothing. If i tried to explain a voltage led meter to every one of my customers, i would Never get any work done at all.

Re: 02 PDS beep beep beep beep.....
that is bad 38.2 is 100 percent charge 12 hours after the charger has stopped. 36.2 is 50 percent charged. there is a state of charge chart floating around on this forum search for that and you will see

Re: 02 PDS beep beep beep beep.....
Yeah, I've seen it. But I am still happy that the motor works, and apparantly, my controller works as well. Those are good things! You know, I intentionally did not go far in my cart - just a foot or so - because I was afraid if I drove it out of my shop, I would not get it back in and would have to push it, LOL. Guess I will get some batts!

And I am sure you know, flip it to tow mode before you disconnect any wires.
As for the beeping, does it do it when you first turn on the cart? It may be the rollaway alert. If it doesn't do it until it starts moving I would check those connections on the speed sensor. |
