Yep it's a 95 series cart.

Bench Testing Series Motor:

Remove all cables from the motor; connect a jumper from A1 to S1. Connect 12 to 24 volts, positive @ A2 and negative @ S2. Swap S1 and S2 to change rotation direction.

Do not allow motor to run but a brief time without load.

NOTE: If motor is in cart, raise wheels off the ground.

Do not try to run the motor out of the cart! There is no front bearing!

The motor is the last thing I would suspect now. 95 CC 48v cart has a potentiometer under the floor connected to the gas peddle. This pot may have gotten damaged and is not sending throttle signal to the control. Assuming the click u hear is the solenoid. (verify this) and check the pot linkage connection to the peddle..... if alls good then check throttle input signal with an ohm meter at the control.

Simply remove the small black and white wires from the controller and set your DVM to 20,000 ohm range and plug a lead into each wire. Any order. Then accelerate and observe the reading. 0-5000 is the target reading.

Going to go outside and do the recommended tests as quickly as it warms up a little bit. I will get back with the results as soon as I can. Thanks,!

Well, wouldn't you just know it. Weather turning awful and going to get worse. As quickly as I can I plan on doing all these checks. In the meantime, Thanks everyone!
