Loading ramps?

I currently use a pair of folding ramps to load my cart into my truck.

I have two problems with this system:
1) Once folded, the arch in these ramps makes them too tall to slide under the cart.
2) Because it's two different ramps, alignment is critical for load and especially unloading. (So far no mishaps,

So, can anyone recommend a single ramp, wide enough to load a cart and a low enough folded hight to fit under a CC DS with a 6 inch lift kit.

BTW, as of now, the combined weight capacity of my ramps is 1200 lbs. I would feel better at 1500 or more.

BTW, a trailer is not an options. I have no room to store it... :-)

There is also the hitch rack that you could use if you wanted to free up the bed. They tend to be a little pricey, but worth it for the added storage area without needing a trailer. http://www.hitchcarriers.com/index.p...emart&Itemid=1

Cant see the ramps from here but would it be feasible to remove the pivot point of the hinge and replace it with some 1/2" x 1-1/2" hexbolts, washers, and wingnuts? Trying to make the existing equipment work for you.

Thanks Guys. I will take a closer look at the pivot points.
As for the ramps, the ones in the link are not wide enough when unfolded. I need 48 inches.
