Just an update.
I found an easier way to forced charging, by connecting the yellow wire from output of the charger to Negative of the last battery. Now my battery has 47.5 Volts, I'm still charging and hope to have 48 Volts across them. However, the charging indicator (the red bars meter) still shows my batteries as very low and blinking on the very low side of the indicator. Also, when I keep the reverse switch active, it won't get cut off when I plug in the charger. P.S : I reset the OBC once again and now the Charging indicator is showing Maximum battery. But charging is still not taking place, when I plug the AC adaptor. I think the OBC is causing the problem. Thank you very much. |
