Fairly new means different things to different people so I avoided answering because of that. For some 2 years old is "fairly new". For others 6 months is.
Best suggestion is add similar aged batteries to an existing pack without replacing all of them. Another suggestion is sell off your "fairly new" pack on craigslist and get all new. Of course you could always add 2 new batteries to an old existing pack but there are issues. They need broken in just as a new pack would. Also be sure to get the same battery Ah rating. Still capacities will always be a bit off new vs old once new are broke in. |

These batteries are less than one year old, but several months old.
When I was given the cart, we replaced the batteries and cables. Drove it a few miles, then parked it for the last several months - not on the charger. |
