Default Lifted limo on air bags, tire size question

Ive been lurking in the background on this site for years, I've built 2 carts from reading threads and posts on here. One is a "street racer" 36volt PDS Curtis controller and emp motor lowered on 14" wheels. Hits right at 40mph.
The one I'm building now is a pds limo, it's being bagged right now and it's currently sitting on 23x10-14.
I'm planning on spacers but not sure what's safe for the stock PDS motor (freedom chip) and would like to run 26" or 28" tires.

Questions: safe spacer size 2" or 3"?
26" or 28" tires do able on stock PDS?

I'll post pix once I figure out how lol

I choose air over juice simply cause I drive far when we cruise, we squeeze every last bit of charge for the wheels lol. I ran juice on an astro van years ago, honestly I didn't care for it much, I've had 2 other bagged vehicles and just had better luck. Plus it rides better.

26" or 28" tires are not recommended on a stock pds motor and controller. A limo cart would make it even worse with the extra weight.

Sportcoup, you think 25" would still be a bit too much?

25's on stock pds, yes still too much. Controller will have a very short life. Heck some people kill a pds controller with just 23's on a regular cart, not even a limo.

I definitely wouldn't want anything bigger than 23s on a stock PDS. Mine measure a little less than 23" and they take a serious toll on the torque. I can run 23 mph in Freedom mode but slow down to 11-13 mph on the hills. I've been told that my controller is on borrowed time, but it just won't give up and give me an excuse to buy an Alltrax 500 amp controller! Maybe I will get lucky and the stock controller will last as long as my batteries so I can do a complete jump to 48v at the same time. Who knows, I'll play it by ear, but I do know that I wouldn't want anything bigger than 22-23" on a stock PDS.

We'll my girl will like that answer being as though we currently have the 23"s on it now, lol. Money spent on audio instead!

I still have the question of 3" spacers, anyone running them??
