Cart doesn't want to run slow
My cart don't seem to want to run slow. It also wants to run faster after it has been run for a while. Then if I stop for a second it seems to go back to running like it did when I started. Also when I push on the pedal it wants to jerk.

Going to need more info.... Best to start with year or the cart and the serial number...
