Default Club Car loosing Power / Speed fairly quickly after charging

I have an older club car and recently its loosing power / speed fairly quickly after charging. I drive it about a mile after charging and it starts slowing down quite a bit. Seems like it maybe taking longer to fully charge but that could just be my imagination. If fully charges over night. Its a 36 volt system. I metered all batteries both connected and disconnected and i get a consistent 6.3 and 6.4 either connected or disconnected on all of them. I get 38.5 volts across all 6 batteries. The batteries are 2 years and 8 months old. Being im getting what appears to be good readings I dont want to replace them all yet, thinking it could be something else.

I have some updated info for this post. i tested 4 of the batteries with a load on them. Put the meter on each battery and then drove the golf cart. The voltage dropped to the following on the 4 batteries i tested 5.7, 3.0, 5.75 and 4.85. All of them edged back up as i drove it but these are what they dropped to once i took off.
