I did the obc bypass last Thursday charged batteries with Club Car smart charger. Went to the beach for the weekend came home told my son to back cart out of garage. I heard the solenoid click one time and the cart will do nothing. Anyone have any ideas

It may be in lockout mode. Double check your obc bypass to make sure it’s done correctly.

That’s what I thought also. Blue and white wire are jumped and black wire from charger port is going to negative on battery pack

Re: Club car Ds IQ want move
Well...
The black wire sorta pinched under the battery cable means you have a bad connection between the cable and the battery post. That may b the problem, but even if it's not, That will melt when you drive the cart. That is Not a good enough connection to handle the current the motor will pull while you're driving. Remove that. The biggest cable should always be in direct contact with the battery post. Black wire Goes to the OBC, and there is another black wire that comes out of the OBC that goes to the B- terminal on the controller. The two just need to be joined together with a yellow crimp connector, so that end of the black wire goes straight to the B- terminal on the controller. B- on the controller is the exact same connection as the battery negative, except you don't have to worry about a loose connection on the battery, and it won't have a chance to get corroded by battery vapors. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...88&postcount=1 |
